We start with the latest technology and machinery in the floor coating industry to mechanically prep the surface with diamond grinders and a shot blast machine. Once the sealer or coatings are removed from the surfaces any needed repairs to cracks or pitting are made. After the floor is meticulously prepared, a three coat minimum system is applied. Two coats of 100% solids, low VOC coating are applied and then top coated with a clear UV/chemical resistant coating. The 100% solids is a “high build” thick industrial coating. Additional coats may be added depending on the system and type of coating the customer chooses. The final thickness of the coating is roughly 10 times ticker than standard "do it yourself" coatings available at hardware stores. As with all the best systems this process will take 2-3 days. Storage units and removal of items in the area to be coated are available upon request.
